Chris joined Concept IT as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in May 2005. With training and hard work, within six months Chris was performing well above his sales targets. By December 2005 Chris was promoted to the position of Recruitment Consultant; and in March 2007 a further promotion earned Chris the position of Team Leader. What attracted me to join Concept IT?
I was looking for a professional and friendly company that would meet my expectations regarding exceptional financial reward. Also I wanted to invest in a career that offered the opportunity for a successful long-term future.
I can say without hesitation that Concept IT was the right choice.
Yes, the standards are high. You need to be a strong communicator, a quick thinker and ready for the challenge of a target driven role. You need to feel comfortable promoting the company and its services to both clients and candidates, on the phone and in person. But the training and support Concept IT gives its trainees are first class. They show you how to develop new business, and strengthen relationships with existing clients. I am now responsible for growing and managing my own team.
For trainees, I know first hand that its a steep learning curve. This is no nine to five job. But by rising to the challenge Ive come a long way in a short period of time. I know if a trainee has the right attributes, and the skill and dedication to meet the challenge, so can they.
If you are prepared to work hard, the financial rewards are considerable. I came to Concept IT without any previous sales experience and in my first year earnings were in excess of £30,000. In addition I won several incentive schemes, including cases of wine, champagne and a weekend away at a five star hotel. I am looking to to future success as the company continues to grow".
