Concept Resourcing has a structured training programme that has been developed in line with REC and CIPD recruitment and selection guidelines. The programme is designed to focus on continual professional development of both trainees and experienced consultants. We also adopt a buddy scheme whereby any new starter is partnered with a more senior consultant in their team who acts as a mentor on a daily basis.

We invest heavily in external training to ensure that our consultants have all the tools they need to do the role effectively. Our consultants are sponsored to gain their professional REC qualifications and attend courses that are relevant to their career, such as specific courses in Leadership & Management.
